Love Transformers? At least give this game a try. Good game, but doesn't offer anything you haven't seen before somewhere. Passing fans may want to just rent it for a console somewhere. Die hard fans should get a few play-throughs out of it. While it is very fun, the replay level is low. The (decepti)cons to this game though, are that the gameplay modes repeat for both campaigns, and after you complete the (easy) side objectives in each level, there isn't much more call for playing it.
The animations are perfect, and the minions for either side are more like out of the movie, instead of cartoony like this games predecessor. With more weapon modes and attacks, quicker, seamless transformations, and smoother controls, this game far outweighs the first. The characters are spot on, and the weapons are actually useful this time around. I am glad to say that this game is MUCH better than the previous. I went out on a limb when I bought this, after seeing the third movie and finding out that the Dark of the Moon game isn't available for PC. I had seen where critics called the game "better than the first" but also how they said that the game wasn't any more fun. However, solid multiplayer action with lots of. all in all, the game is really fun and entertaining.After the practically failed and laughable first game, I decided not to purchase the second game when it came out. With only an average single-player mode, this looked to be the latest in a long line of forgettable movie games. when both campaigns are completed you are wanting to play a new game, unfortunately that will overwrite your current saved progress, but then again the only thing you will overwrite is the completion of missions from the previous game, and the (useless) upgrades you made and a few unlocked episodes from the TV series. health/weapons regenerate by itself (and quickly!) cons- the upgrades doesn't really seem like they make a difference. Based on Hasbro's legendary TRANSFORMERS property and one of the most anticipated films of 2009 from Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks Pictures, TRANSFORMERS: Revenge of the Fallen thrusts players into a battle for supremacy across the globe as either AUTOBOTS or DECEPTICONS to drive, fly, fight and. ability to choose your character (on some missions). pros- game has a "mature" value to it (not as in rated M for mature) but seems more serious than the first game. the action in this game is more serious, and more fun.
Having not seeing "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" yet tells me by playing the video game the movie will be greatly awesome! the video game for the sequel has much more matured compared to the first film's video game.
